A company is looking for a Debt Collections Agent- Bilingual Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Persuades delinquent customers to establish repayment terms using collection software while adhering to laws
• Achieves production goals for servicing delinquent accounts while maintaining quality of service
• Accurately notates account efforts and results, handling PCI Data confidentially

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Debt Collections
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
• Clean background check and negative drug test result required
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills required; must navigate multiple screens and systems
