Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Persuades delinquent customers to establish repayment terms while adhering to collection laws
• Achieves production goals for servicing delinquent accounts without compromising service quality
• Accurately notates account efforts and results while handling PCI Data securely

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Debt Collections
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Clean background check and negative drug test result required
