Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Texas Licensed Debt Collector will work remotely, managing delinquent accounts, establishing repayment terms, and adhering to collection laws while achieving production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Persuades delinquent customers to establish repayment terms using various collection software
• Achieves production goals while maintaining high-quality service for delinquent accounts
• Accurately documents account activities and handles PCI Data confidentially

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Debt Collections
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills, with experience navigating multiple computer systems
