Texas Licensed Debt Collector

Job Summary

To support a growing call center team, the full-time Texas Licensed Debt Collector will work remotely to persuade delinquent customers to establish repayment terms, achieve production goals, and ensure compliance with collection laws.

Key responsibilities

• Persuades delinquent customers to establish repayment terms using various collection software while adhering to applicable laws
• Achieves production goals for servicing delinquent accounts while maintaining quality of service
• Accurately notates each account with efforts performed and results attained, ensuring confidentiality of PCI data

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Debt Collections
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
• Clean background check and negative drug test result required
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer screens and systems
