Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Texas Licensed Debt Collector will work remotely to persuade delinquent customers to establish repayment terms while achieving production goals and adhering to legal collection standards.

Key responsibilities

• Persuades delinquent customers to establish repayment terms using collection software and maintains professionalism
• Achieves production goals for servicing delinquent accounts while ensuring quality service
• Accurately notates each account with efforts performed and results attained, following all applicable regulations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Debt Collections
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a clean background check and negative drug test
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems
