Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative - Debt Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and contact warm leads daily using an outbound auto-dialer
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate potential members on debt resolution programs and close sales
• Complete applications and collaborate with underwriting teams to facilitate a smooth enrollment process

Required Qualifications

• 1 year or more of successful call center sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience making outbound calls to warm leads
• Strong understanding of a consultative sales process with a track record of exceeding sales goals
• Ability to manage schedules and lead databases effectively to meet metrics and goals
