Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dental Director - Regulatory, Claims & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and ensure compliance of claims, referrals, and appeals with state regulations
• Participate in the development and maintenance of clinical processing policies
• Chair Quality Management Committees and ensure timely completion of committee minutes

Required Qualifications

• Dental Degree (DDS or DMD) and Dental License for the state of Texas
• Minimum of ten years in clinical dental practice
• Preferred experience in the dental benefits industry
• Thorough understanding of the dental insurance industry and claims management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
