Job Summary

Managing a high-volume caseload of catastrophe-related residential property claims, the remote Texas Licensed Desk Adjuster will ensure accurate claim handling and timely resolution while communicating empathetically with policyholders and stakeholders during CAT events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage catastrophe-related residential property claims from first notice of loss through final settlement
• Review claim documentation and damage estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Communicate with policyholders, contractors, and field adjusters throughout the claims process

Required qualifications

• Active Texas All-Lines Adjuster License
• 1-2+ years of property claims adjusting experience, including desk adjusting
• Experience with catastrophe (CAT) claims handling preferred
• Familiarity with claims management systems and estimating software, such as Xactimate
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume workload effectively
