Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developer/Programmer Analyst 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis and create design documents based on user requirements
• Code software applications adhering to industry standards and customer requirements
• Collaborate with the project team on sprint/release tasks and maintain technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• 15 years of experience creating ETL processes and managing large data sets
• 15 years of experience with SQL Server or Oracle stored procedures, PL/SQL, and Dynamic SQL
• 10 years of experience in an object-oriented framework such as .NET Core or Java
• 10 years of experience with XML, JSON, API Testing, JavaScript, and JQuery
• 2 years of experience with Texas state agencies is preferred
