Texas Licensed Director of Appraisals

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of C & I Appraisals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and enhancement of appraisal policies and procedures for commercial real estate collateral
• Oversee the appraisal ordering, engagement, and review process to ensure compliance and quality control
• Manage vendor relationships, including due diligence, performance monitoring, and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in commercial appraisal, valuation review, or credit risk management
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing appraisal functions or valuation teams
• Strong knowledge of C&I collateral valuation methodologies and regulatory requirements
• Experience with appraisal platforms and strong reporting capabilities preferred
