Job Summary

To establish the intelligence layer behind Coupa's post-sale organization, the full-time remote Texas Licensed Director of Customer Intelligence will manage customer signals across products and interactions, creating visibility and predictive capabilities to enhance customer retention and value realization from AI.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively partner with post-sale leaders to define strategic needs and translate objectives into an analytical agenda
  • Build and integrate a customer intelligence data model from structured and unstructured data sources
  • Develop early-warning analytics for churn, expansion, and adoption to enable timely interventions
Required qualifications
  • Experience building a post-sale analytics function within a SaaS company
  • Deep understanding of SaaS post-sale metrics such as NRR, GRR, and health scoring
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data-extraction techniques
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Interest in AI value measurement and quantifying the impact of AI features
