Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight to a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality patient-centered care
• Design and deliver training programs for staff to ensure compliance with internal SOPs and research-aligned care
• Evaluate study protocols for operational feasibility and manage workload distribution among study coordinators

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• RN license in good standing with the state
• ONS/ONCC chemotherapy immunotherapy certificate course
• Knowledge of GCP, GDPR, and federal clinical research regulations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and clinical documentation systems
