Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Weekend Dispatcher / Driver Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate loads to drivers, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery
• Communicate with drivers to manage schedules, provide route updates, and troubleshoot issues
• Liaise with brokers and vendors to ensure smooth shipment flow

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics experience, preferably in a dispatch or customer service capacity
• Intermediate IT proficiency and comfort with logistics technology platforms
• Working knowledge of freight industry standards and processes
• Proven ability to resolve operational issues independently in real time
• College degree preferred
