Job Summary

To ensure safe and efficient transportation operations, the full-time Texas Licensed Dispatcher will manage the day-to-day routing of third-party transportation vendors and trip operations while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Assign and organize same-day and urgent trips to third-party transportation providers to optimize fleet performance
  • Monitor on-road service quality and on-time performance, providing assistance and feedback to transportation providers and leadership
  • Document and report issues related to trip performance, including no-shows and delays, while maintaining effective communication with providers
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Must reside in an approved state
  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Preferred: 2+ years in transportation routing, dispatching, and scheduling expertise
