Job Summary
To support the Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation, Inpatient Orders, and ASAP team, the full-time Associate EHR System Analyst will develop expertise in the Epic system, analyze business operations, and collaborate with clinical and business representatives to ensure effective system configurations, all while working remotely within Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Obtain Epic certification within 180 days of hire and maintain required certifications
- Implement system changes and projects, maintaining and troubleshooting Electronic Health Record build components
- Assist with customer support and problem resolution activities, ensuring timely communication with end users
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; a STEM degree is preferred
- No prior work experience required, but healthcare or clinical experience is preferred
- Entry-level analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain EPIC certification within 180 days
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
