Texas Licensed EHR System Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Clinical Access Revenue System department, the full-time Texas Licensed EHR System Analyst will lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Epic EHR system, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a 100% remote role within Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and communicate implementation and optimization efforts of the Epic EHR system while providing technical support and workflow expertise
• Manage and prioritize system modifications across multiple stakeholders and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Establish strong relationships with customers and partner with clinical and operational teams to address complex system challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Five years of relevant healthcare information technology experience
• EPIC Certification within 180 days of hire
• Preferred experience as a referrals analyst and knowledge of financial clearance workflow design
• Familiarity with AI workflow tools and relevant Epic certifications such as Prelude, Cadence, or Referrals
