Job Summary

To enhance clinical access and revenue operations, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed EHR Systems Analyst will serve as a primary contact between end users and the Electronic Health Record team, focusing on optimizing Epic applications and ensuring alignment with operational needs while working remotely within Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and prioritize system changes while maintaining build and testing standards
• Provide timely customer support and problem resolution for assigned applications
• Analyze clinical and business workflows to ensure systems support patient safety and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 2 years of clinical or healthcare information technology experience
• EpicCare ambulatory certification required within 180 days of hire
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows in a healthcare environment
• Experience supporting Epic applications is preferred
