Texas Licensed EHR Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance electronic health record workflows and revenue cycle processes, the full-time Texas Licensed EHR Systems Analyst will support the Clinical Access Revenue System department by collaborating with clinical and business stakeholders, maintaining Epic system configurations, and providing technical support remotely within Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and prioritize system changes while ensuring adherence to testing standards and best practices
• Provide customer support by resolving technical and workflow issues and facilitating communication with Epic technical support
• Collect information on system enhancements and maintain relationships with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Two years of experience in clinical or healthcare information technology
• EPIC certification within 180 days of hire
• Preferred experience in professional billing, coding, and project management
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities
