Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor/Department Lead in Electric Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and technical leads, providing supervision and mentorship
• Provide technical direction and oversight for planning, design, and engineering activities
• Maintain project oversight and engage with clients to ensure deliverables are met

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting large commercial or industrial electric utility projects
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, including QA/QC and design review
• Prior experience leading or supervising engineers, designers, or technical staff
• Familiarity with relevant tools and systems, including MicroStation and GIS
