Job Summary
Leading mid to large-size projects, the full-time Texas Licensed Electrical Engineer will review engineering documents, ensure compliance with specifications, and guide less experienced engineers, with flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Reviews engineering and design documents while ensuring compliance with specifications and data sheet requirements
- Leads project teams to improve design processes and reduce costs, applying industry standards effectively
- Serves as a technical resource and point of contact for clients, providing guidance and training to junior engineers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 10-20 years of relevant experience in the refining and petrochemical industry
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards, including NEC, NFPA, and API
- Familiarity with ETAP Electrical Power System Analysis software is preferred
