Job Summary

To support HV Substation and BESS projects, the remote Electrical Engineering Manager (HV/BESS) will provide technical leadership, collaborate with project teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards while working on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Support HV Substation and BESS projects, providing technical leadership and oversight
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design, construction, and commissioning meet industry standards and client requirements
• Coordinate with utility companies, developers, and EPC contractors to facilitate project execution

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in US utility, developer, or EPC work in relevant engineering roles
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BS Electrical)
• Strong knowledge of HV Substation design, BESS project requirements, and related electrical systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Experience with UL, IEEE, NEC standards is preferred
