Texas Licensed End User Compute Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer End User Compute.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of EUC solutions
• Act as a 3rd-level escalation point for complex EUC incidents and problem resolution
• Manage endpoint lifecycle including images, deployment, patching, and automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in EUC engineering or IT infrastructure roles
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, Teams Administrator, or Enterprise Administrator Expert
• ITIL Intermediate or equivalent certification desirable
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, and endpoint security
