Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Texas Licensed Engineering Manager will oversee the development of applications and cloud infrastructure, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage individual contributors, including performance management and career development
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to align technical roadmaps with business opportunities
• Evaluate and implement enhancements to engineering standards, processes, and tools

Required qualifications

• A related degree or equivalent formal training and certification
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of cloud-native software development across mobile and backend systems
• Experience with modern web technologies and enterprise Ops tech stacks
• Proficiency in Lean and Agile methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement
