Job Summary

Leading the enrollment, billing, and reconciliation functions for the Individual Dental business, the full-time Texas Licensed Enrollment Manager will ensure accurate processing, financial reconciliation, and operational excellence while collaborating with various internal teams and vendors in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee enrollment and eligibility operations, ensuring timely processing and data integrity
• Manage billing and premium administration activities, focusing on accurate invoicing and financial reporting
• Lead reconciliation efforts across multiple systems to resolve discrepancies and enhance operational performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent experience may be considered
• 5+ years of experience in enrollment operations, billing, or financial operations within healthcare or insurance
• Proven leadership experience in managing operational teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of enrollment processes, premium billing, and financial reconciliation
• Experience working with external vendors and managing operational performance metrics
