Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enrollment Specialist - Credentialling.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain processes for initial and revalidation of payer enrollment applications
• Ensure compliance with payer enrollment requirements and regulations
• Serve as the primary contact for enrollment inquiries and complex issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Four to six years of experience in a credentialing office or related environment
• Knowledge of health plan and governmental payer credentialing processes
• Proficient in database management and software systems like MS Excel and Word
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work autonomously in a team environment
