Texas Licensed Enterprise Application Analyst

Job Summary

To support clinical application services, the full-time remote Texas Licensed Enterprise Application Analyst will manage application/system evaluations, lead implementation teams, and provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate project requests, conduct assessments, and lead implementation teams in planning, design, and deployment of applications/systems
• Prepare detailed project plans, adhere to schedules, and facilitate the change request process to ensure successful project implementation
• Monitor and resolve heat tickets, coordinate software and hardware repairs, and maintain documentation for system procedures

Required qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Project management experience related to systems installed at the organization
• Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Competency in software used in the role, with successful completion of all training and testing within 90 days of employment
• Relevant Infor certifications required based on the specific applications supported, to be completed within 90 days of employment
