Job Summary

To support Texas state government agencies, the contract Texas Licensed Enterprise Architect will manage technical activities, oversee outsourced teams, and create strategic roadmaps in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical activities for CPA application systems and oversee Managed Services providers
• Create and manage a strategic roadmap, ensuring effective cross-functional communication
• Prepare and conduct executive-level presentations on project updates and strategies

Required qualifications

• 20 years of extensive Texas public sector experience, directly working with Texas state government agencies
• 20 years of experience in technical project management activities supporting CPA's CAPPS program
• 10 years of experience in managing outsourced technical teams
• Extensive knowledge of data integration, data quality, and SDLC processes
• Technical experience with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2 and related technologies
