Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of a transformative electronic data exchange platform, the Texas Licensed Enterprise Integration Architect will work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on architecting scalable applications, integrating legacy systems, and ensuring secure data exchange.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of a scalable, high-performance application architecture
- Architect application logic supporting standardized national data exchange frameworks through secure APIs and web services
- Produce technical documentation including architectural blueprints and system sequence diagrams
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise-level, scalable web applications and services using C#/.NET, Java Enterprise, or similar frameworks
- Proven experience designing and implementing secure REST and SOAP web services
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a technical lead, including roadmap planning and managing developer resources
- Advanced knowledge of software architecture design patterns and security best practices
- Experience with more than one RDBMS platform such as DB2, SQL Server, or Oracle preferred
