Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support and optimization for assigned software
• Collaborate with customers for analysis, testing, documentation, and implementation of software activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare, business, or information systems
• 3+ years of experience, with 2+ years in healthcare, business, or information systems
• Certified in assigned Epic module
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Possesses detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise
