Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency in ambulatory pharmacy settings, the full-time Texas Licensed Epic Analyst will focus on the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support of Epic Willow Ambulatory applications, collaborating with pharmacy staff and technical teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform advanced analysis, design, and implementation of Epic Willow Ambulatory applications to optimize workflows
  • Provide ongoing application support and training to users, ensuring effective integration of technology into daily operations
  • Coordinate projects and system upgrades, resolving complex application issues in collaboration with operational leaders
Required qualifications
  • Epic Certification required; Epic Willow Ambulatory certification preferred
  • Four years of experience in healthcare information systems development and implementation
  • Strong understanding of ambulatory pharmacy workflows and experience with Epic upgrades
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support complex projects
