Job Summary
To support IT Care Connect, the full-time Texas Licensed Epic Analyst will build applications to meet user requirements, ensure quality control of implementations, and diagnose software issues while primarily working remotely from Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Build applications to optimize workflows in designated systems and applications
- Conduct quality control of application implementations and provide ongoing maintenance and support
- Diagnose software failures and participate in resolving issues related to installed applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 4 years of relevant work experience without a degree, or 2 years with an Associate's degree, or 1 year with a Bachelor's degree (required)
- Epic Certification or Proficiency within 6 months (required)
- Healthcare experience (highly preferred)
- Previous Epic experience and Epic Inpatient Procedure Orders Certification (highly preferred)
