Job Summary
To enhance user productivity and departmental service levels, the mostly remote Senior Epic Application Analyst will translate Epic system needs into technical solutions, perform advanced analysis and implementation of Epic applications, and provide ongoing support to users, while occasionally working onsite in Houston, Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Translate user and departmental needs into technical solutions for Epic systems
- Provide technical knowledge and support for Epic applications, including analysis, design, and implementation
- Develop and execute project plans while maintaining effective coordination and communication with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- EPIC ASAP Certification or Clindoc/Ambulatory certifications as a backup
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Epic Application workspace, preferably in an emergency department
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Experience in supporting complex problems and assisting other analysts
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Epic application support and development methodologies
