Texas Licensed Epic BI Admin

Job Summary

To support the reporting needs of the organization, the full-time Texas Licensed Epic BI Admin will manage the maintenance and development of Business Intelligence reporting environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a primarily remote role for candidates residing in the DFW area.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain Cognos, BOE/Crystal, SSRS, or Epic Reporting environments, ensuring quality data and timely availability
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to design, build, and deploy actionable reporting solutions while mentoring others
• Conduct root cause analysis on incidents in the production environment and ensure proper resolution within service level agreements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of relevant work experience in Business Intelligence reporting environments, including experience with SQL, Cognos, or Epic Reporting applications
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Experience in systems security administration and performance tuning of web application servers
• Ability to translate user requirements into detailed technical specifications
