Texas Licensed Epic ECSA Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting and maintaining Epic web and service server environments, the contract Epic ECSA Analyst will work remotely for 13 weeks, handling system upgrades, troubleshooting, and documentation while providing after-hours support during go-live phases.
Key responsibilities
- Support and maintain Epic web and service server environments
- Complete system upgrades, updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Maintain system documentation and collaborate with Epic and internal technical teams
Required qualifications
- Current Epic ECSA certification
- 3+ years of direct Epic ECSA experience
- 2+ years of healthcare experience
- Experience with Windows Server, Citrix, VMware, and PowerShell
