Job Summary

To support a fast-paced healthcare environment, the fully remote contract Epic PB Systems Analyst will focus on application support, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and testing within a hospital setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support for Epic Professional Billing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic PB workflows and tickets
• Assist in system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Epic Systems Analyst
• Active Epic PB Certification
• Strong experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal training
• Proficient in technical troubleshooting and customer support
