Job Summary

Supporting a fast-paced healthcare environment, the fully remote contract Epic PB Systems Analyst will focus on troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, testing, and day-to-day application support for Epic Professional Billing within a hospital setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues related to Epic Professional Billing
• Conduct maintenance and upgrades for the Epic PB system, ensuring optimal performance
• Test and validate system changes while assisting with application support in a healthcare environment

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Epic Systems Analyst
• Active Epic PB Certification
• Strong experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
• Proven ability to support Epic PB workflows, including troubleshooting and maintenance
• Ability to work independently with minimal training
