Job Summary
To support the IT Care Connect IP Support Department, the full-time salaried Epic Application System Principal Trainer II will develop training environments, design curriculum, and coordinate user support for go-lives and upgrades, primarily working remotely with some on-call responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain application training environments, including training scenarios and user profiles
- Design and develop training curriculum for system upgrades and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate training and user support during go-lives and system upgrades
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, clinical discipline, or related field (preferred)
- 4 years of relevant work experience without a degree, or 2 years with an Associate's degree, or 1 year with a Bachelor's degree (required)
- Epic ASAP Certification (preferred)
- Epic Principal Trainer experience (highly preferred)
