Job Summary
To support provider enrollment processes, the full-time Texas Licensed Escalation Support Analyst will manage State Action Requests (SARs), submit Vendor Initiated Correspondence (VICs), and ensure compliance with contractual requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process and respond to State Action Requests (SARs) within specified due dates and escalate issues to leadership as necessary
- Submit Vendor Initiated Correspondence (VICs) to State staff regarding enrollment issues and maintain professional interactions with providers and internal teams
- Review and process all assigned applications, including denied applications and informal desk review requests, adhering to quality standards and confidentiality requirements
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in provider enrollment of healthcare providers or 1 year of insurance experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with State and internal department interactions is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office and related software
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
