Job Summary
The full-time remote Texas Licensed Escrow Officer will manage the review, processing, and closing of real estate transactions, including residential purchases, refinances, and home equity deals.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee real estate transactions from contract receipt to disbursement, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Coordinate closing dates and review closing instructions and documents, preparing settlement statements accordingly
- Facilitate client interactions during the closing process, addressing questions and obtaining necessary signatures
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of direct experience in escrow or closing roles
- Experience working with large-volume financial institutions on title orders for residential properties
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and maintain effective communication
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with experience in a supervisory role
