To support a growing team, the full-time Texas Licensed Escrow Processor will manage payoff demands, HOA requests, and lien processing while delivering exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Order and monitor payoff demands and lien-related documentation, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation of delays
• Maintain organized and compliant files, adhering to NOC standards and supporting operational efficiency
• Deliver superior customer service to internal and external partners while managing multiple files and deadlines

Required qualifications

• One year of experience in escrow, title, real estate, or mortgage operations
• Familiarity with escrow and title systems, workflow tools, and document management platforms
• Knowledge of Texas real estate, escrow, and title processes
• Strong ability to interpret and draft clear instructions and correspondence
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and adhering to established procedures
