Texas Licensed Exchange Compliance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Exchange Compliance to join their Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with departments to ensure compliance levels are maintained
• Develop and implement compliance improvement plans and conduct audits
• Serve as the main contact for exchange calls and manage compliance-related tasks with regulators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year of experience in health plan compliance
• 2+ years of experience with State DOI health insurance rules and CMS ACA requirements
• 2+ years of experience managing complex projects
• Experience in a start-up or health tech environment is a plus
