Job Summary

Leading the global ethics and compliance program, the full-time Texas Licensed Executive Director, Ethics & Compliance will manage risk assessments, policy frameworks, and investigations while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across international operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the global ethics and compliance program
  • Oversee the company's investigations function and ensure effective reporting mechanisms are in place
  • Partner with business leaders to integrate compliance into core processes and support business transformations
Required qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar membership
  • 15+ years of legal and compliance experience, including 7+ years in a senior leadership role within a large multinational technology company
  • Proven track record of managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions (US, EMEA, APAC)
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams of attorneys and compliance professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executives and communicate complex risk profiles to Board-level committees
