Job Summary

Building and maintaining relationships within the local community, the full-time Texas Licensed Executive Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage process, leveraging their expertise in mortgage origination to help homebuyers achieve their financial goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a book of business to drive referral volume and revenue
• Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and recommend suitable loan products
• Assist clients throughout the loan process from application to closing, ensuring excellent service

Required qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of generating referrals
• Possession of Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
• Strong time management and critical thinking skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Minimum of 3 years of successful self-generated mortgage loan origination preferred
