Job Summary

Building and maintaining relationships within the community, the full-time Texas Licensed Executive Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage process, leveraging their expertise in mortgage origination to help homebuyers achieve their financial goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and clients to drive referrals and revenue
• Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and recommend suitable loan products
• Assist clients throughout the loan process from application to closing, ensuring exceptional service and support

Required qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of generating referrals
• Possession of Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
• Strong professional communication and time management skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in self-generated mortgage loan origination preferred
