Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Facility Manager to oversee facility management operations and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff performance and maintain relationships with third-party owners to ensure contract compliance
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while managing facility services and budgets
• Oversee team management, staff development, and succession planning

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in facility management
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Advanced degree preferred
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation and a real estate license
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
