Texas Licensed FF&E Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FF&E Design Manager to lead healthcare design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a portfolio of capital projects
• Direct external vendors and coordinate procurement of furniture, artwork, equipment, and signage
• Review architectural and engineering documents for compliance with guidelines and client requests

Required Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with typically 4+ years of relevant experience
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare design, particularly oncology clinics
• Registered Architect or Licensed Interior Designer in the State of Texas
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Bluebeam; Revit proficiency is a plus
• 5-7 years of design management experience preferred
