Job Summary

Managing post-award financial activities for multiple institutional core facilities, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Financial Analyst will ensure compliance, financial integrity, and strategic planning while collaborating with faculty and administrative departments in a remote work environment within Texas.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee budgeting, account management, billing, and reporting for post-award financial activities
  • Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports to support operational and strategic decisions
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and institutional financial policies while conducting periodic audits
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of business experience, including project management or accounting
  • Experience in post-award grants management and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with financial analysis and budgeting in a healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of federal regulations such as Uniform Guidance and DFAR
