Job Summary
Managing post-award financial activities for multiple institutional core facilities, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Financial Analyst will ensure compliance, financial integrity, and strategic planning while collaborating with faculty and administrative departments in a remote work environment within Texas.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, account management, billing, and reporting for post-award financial activities
- Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports to support operational and strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and institutional financial policies while conducting periodic audits
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of business experience, including project management or accounting
- Experience in post-award grants management and financial reporting
- Familiarity with financial analysis and budgeting in a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of federal regulations such as Uniform Guidance and DFAR
