Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Supervisor to oversee financial clearance operations and support patient financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities related to eligibility and benefits verification
• Ensure accurate insurance verification and facilitate resolution of complex issues
• Lead financial counseling efforts to inform patients of payment options and assist with financial assistance programs

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing
• 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including one year in utilization review or case management, or 2 years with a preferred degree
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure in Texas upon hire
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification upon hire
• Successful completion of leadership programs may substitute for supervisory experience
