Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10 sales members across regional and mid-market territories
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow and retain a $300M+ revenue portfolio
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in financial services
• Proven track record of revenue growth and managing sales teams
• Experience with sales management tools such as SFDC and Power BI
• Strong understanding of retail market dynamics and strategic planning abilities
