Texas Licensed Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing financial statement creation and reporting, the remote Texas Licensed Financial Reporting Manager will manage the monthly close process, lead audit coordination, and serve as a technical accounting resource while guiding a small team of accountants.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage monthly close, internal and external reporting, and the implementation of new accounting standards
• Coordinate internal and external reporting requirements and lead the annual audit process
• Maintain knowledge of GAAP and provide insights on financial performance to leadership

Required qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Four-year Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
• Experience in public accounting or a mix of public accounting and industry experience
• Graduate or advanced degree in Accounting or related field preferred
